1. How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
The deposit to reserve a puppy is $500. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. It secures your spot and ensures that the puppy you choose is held for you.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. If you have a preferred payment method not listed here, feel free to ask us if we can accommodate it!
3. When can I bring my puppy home?
Puppies are ready to go to their new homes after weaning, which typically happens around 8 weeks of age. We’ll keep you updated on your puppy’s progress and provide a specific pick-up date as the time approaches.
4. How do I know my puppy is healthy?
All our puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated, and dewormed before going to their new homes. You’ll also receive health records and guidance on caring for your new puppy.
5. Can I visit the puppies before making a decision?
Yes, we encourage visits! We’re happy to arrange a time for you to meet the puppies and their mother. This way, you can see firsthand the love and care we provide.
6. What should I bring when picking up my puppy?
Please bring a small crate or carrier, a leash, and a collar for your puppy’s safety. We’ll also provide a starter pack that includes food, a blanket or toy with the mom’s scent, and tips for a smooth transition.
7. Will I get updates about my puppy after making a deposit?
Absolutely! We’ll send you regular updates, including pictures and milestones, so you can watch your puppy grow and feel connected before bringing them home.
8. How can I prepare my home for the puppy’s arrival?
Make sure to puppy-proof your home by removing hazards and setting up a safe space with essentials like food, water, bedding, and toys. We’ll provide a detailed guide to help you get ready.
